Returns and Exchanges

NO Returns, No Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer returns and exchanges at this time; also considering the nature of the product.

If an item is being returned due to a defect or issue. Our team will send you a return label so that you can ship the defected item back to us. 

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unopened, unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

 

OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a NO Returns and NO Exchanges Policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received and simultaneously notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund or Exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, the correct pair will be shipped out to the address that the earlier order was shipped to or if noted otherwise.

*Please Note* - It is our request that you add a small note into the package when shipping in it back to us stating it is a refund or exchange so as to make it easier for our fulfillment personnel to make the correct exchange or refund.

*Please Note* - All refunds/reimbursements are made through PayPal and can take anywhere between 5 to 7 days to reflect in the customers bank statement.
